James Potter, L3Harris director of strategic solutions for L3Harris Technologies, talks about increased adoption of 3GPP-standard mission-critical services (MCX) as the primary communications for entities in the utility, public-safety and mass-transit sectors. He also mentions some of the challenges associated with real-world deployment and usage of ISSI interoperability with P25 networks.
