Housing for #IWCE25 is officially open. Get ahead of the Vegas rush and secure your hotel spot as soon as possible to ensure the lowest available rate with Convention Housing Partners (CHP).

CHP offers convenient and affordable options for your trip to IWCE 2025. Rates expire February 21, 2025, but rates are dependent upon availability, so book early for the best selection.

Please note, CHP is the only hotel provider endorsed by IWCE 2025. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.

Parking is available on-site at the convention.  The Silver Lot is the closest to North Hall.  Please note, cash is no longer accepted for parking.  Only debit/credit cards are permitted for parking.
