New for 2026 - we are excited to offer the Customer Invites Program, a complimentary and fully customized, pre-show marketing service.

The program is a complimentary and convenient exhibitor resource designed to give you everything you need to promote your presence at IWCE 2026 to all of your customers and prospects, while inviting them to register as your guest with a discount.

How Can I Use the Customer Invites Program to Share My Invite Code?

As an exhibitor, you have a personalized pre-show invite dashboard where you will find the following:

- Your unique promo code, which allows your customers and prospects to register as your guest and receive 20% on Conference Passes and FREE Expo Hall access.

- Banner Graphics for your email signatures, social media posts and website.

- Ready-To-Send HTML Email Invite which you can send via whichever email broadcast service you use.

- Web Invite is a link that allows you to send customers to your online landing page invite with just one click.
