How do I make hotel reservations?

Does IWCE have a mobile app?
Yes! IWCE does have a mobile app. Please search "Informa Tech Events" on the app store. Login using the email you registered for. Once logged in, you will have access to the agenda, floorplan, speaker list, sessions and more! Please note: the 2025 agenda, speakers, etc. will not be live on the app until March 2025.

What are the exhibit hall hours?
The IWCE Exhibit Hall is open on March 19-20, 2025. Hours are as follows:
Wednesday, March 19: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday, March 20: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Will food be available during the show?
The Las Vegas Convention Center offers a variety of concessions inside the exhibit hall.
Are wheelchair and/or scooter rentals available at the show?

Where is the International Wireless Communications Expo this year?
IWCE 2025 will take place March 17-20, 2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Exhibit hall days are March 19-20.
Why should I attend IWCE?
IWCE connects the critical communications ecosystem through networking, education and insights enabling professionals to leverage emerging technologies to help create a safer, more efficient and more interconnected world. It is the one time of year where everything is together in one place for your chance to connect with peers, see the newest products and services, and to attend educational sessions taught by industry leaders on the latest topics. Attendees represent a diverse group of professionals from the government/military; public safety; utility; transportation and business enterprise sectors.
How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my Visa to enter the United States?
Once you have registered for IWCE 2025, letters of invitation are provided upon request to paid conference attendees and exhibitors. Request for Invitation Letters can be sent through the registration system as you register for your attendee or exhibitor badge. Click on the Register button above to register and request your visa letter.
Can children attend the event/show floor?
No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of IWCE. Infants or strollers are NOT permitted.
Do you have a Convince Your Boss or Justification Letter that I can send my boss?
Are you excited to join but think your manager could use a little bit more persuasion? We really want you to join us, so we've got you covered! Reach out to us at iwceregistration@informa.com for a customizable justification letter!

How do I register my booth personnel?
The Exhibitors/Sponsors can use the Exhibitor Login link (coming soon) to update your exhibitor profile and access important exhibitor information including Exhibitor Registration, IWCE 2025's Exhibitor Services Kit and to make payments. If you have questions about your login details, please contact our team at IWCEOperations@informa.com.
What does an Exhibitor Badge entitle me to?
Your Exhibitor Badge will allow you to access your booth when the exhibit floor is not open to attendees, during move in and move out, before the show opens and after the show floor closes at the end of the day. Only Exhibitor Badges will be allowed during those times.
Exhibitor Badges also include: Access to all Special Events, including the Keynotes, General Session and Networking Reception.

How do I register for IWCE?

Can I get a discount on my registration?
Occasionally, IWCE will provide discounts for exhibit hall and conference packages. To sign up to receive special offers, click here.
Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?
You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.
I did not receive a confirmation, am I registered?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our registration team at iwceregistration@informa.com.
How do I make a Group Registration?
When you register online, you will be given the option to "add another registrant" or "submit Registration" on the Review Registration Page. Click on "add another" and repeat the registration process for each new registrant. When you are finished entering all the registrations, click on "submit registration" to continue to the payment page and complete your group registration process.
How will I receive my badge?
Your confirmation email will contain your QR code that will be used onsite to pick up your badge. Your event badge will not be mailed to you.
