ETA Training classes will take place in the West Hall and the IWCE Conference & Expo will take place in the North Hall.
Note: The LVCC Central Hall will be under construction during IWCE impacting the classrooms where the ETA trainings are normally held.
ETA TRAINING - WEST HALL DETAILS
- Venue: Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall: 300 Convention Center Drive.
Rooms: W303 through W310. The ETA Office is located in W310.
Parking: Available in the Silver Lot for $15 a day. You may want to consider using the Vegas Loop, which can be picked up at the Westgate Hotel, Resorts World, or Central Station and will drop you off at West Hall. Tickets are necessary from the hotels, but complimentary within the LVCC Complex.
ACCESS TO IWCE EXPO - NORTH HALL
- Follow the Sky Bridge from the West Hall to the North Hall, an approximate 15-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take the Loop from the West Hall station to the Central Hall Station.
UPON ARRIVAL
Badge Pickup: Pick up your badges in the West Hall. The Registration Counter will be located on the third floor near W310.

- Your ETA training & Test
- Access to the IWCE Expo floor on Wednesday and Thursday
- Access on Tuesday, 4pm – 6pm for the IWCE special event, Drinks, Bites & Insights - View Agenda
- Networking Party on Wednesday 5pm – 6:30pm near the Expo Hall in the North Hall
- Wednesday and Thursday morning IWCE Keynote Presentations
- Lunch Vouchers valued at $25 and redeemable at the LVCC concessions on the days of your trainings
LUNCH ARRANGEMENT
Lunch vouchers will be distributed at Registration and redeemable at the food court in the West Hall. Coffee service will be provided twice per day: morning and afternoon.
- Wednesday Lunch & Expo: All trainings on Wednesday will break from 11 am – 2 pm to allow time to visit the North Hall and IWCE Expo where your lunch tickets will be redeemable at the food stations on the Expo Floor.
