Kyle Yoder is a Security and Emergency Management professional with 32 years of experience in intelligence and analysis, emergency management, law enforcement, training, deliberate and crisis planning, command and control, force protection and security assessments, counter-terrorism, and hazardous materials response. Kyle joined the Administrative Office (AO) of the US Courts in August of 2017, leading a team of forty-five government employee and contract support staff in the national delivery of U.S. statutorily mandated continuity of operations/continuity of government, vulnerability management, emergency notification, and data privacy programs covering twelve judicial circuits and ninety-four judicial districts, which are comprised of approximately two thousand three hundred judges, thirty-two thousand employees, and eight hundred judiciary facilities. Prior to joining the AO, Kyle developed emergency management and security policy and guidance for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Justice, and facilitated delivery of federal disaster relief as part of a FEMA incident management teams, supporting multiple federal catastrophic disaster response and recovery efforts. In addition, he served eighteen years in the Air Force in law enforcement/security, CBRN defense and response, emergency management, intelligence, logistics, and training capacities.
