EAC PROCESS & PORTAL
An EAC is a company or contractor hired by the exhibitor, but not an employee of the exhibiting company or an official show contractor (e.g. Freeman). EACs typically handle installation and dismantling, but can also include supervisors, technicians, photographers, audiovisual providers, floral services, furniture, flooring, and other necessary contractors during move-in and move-out.
Designating your EAC allows the show organizer to monitor who is working on the show floor and collect the necessary insurance information required for the event. This benefits the organizer and the EACs. View full process overview here.

Please note that food and beverages from external suppliers are not permitted inside the venue. If you wish to arrange food and beverage functions at your stand, please place catering orders via the form below:

Any orders placed after this date will incur a 25% additional surcharge. Please also note that all orders need to be placed by March 1st to ensure availability.

OFFICIAL STAND CONTRACTOR SERVICES
Freeman is the official Stand Contractor for IWCE 2027 and they provide a variety of services to enhance your participation at the event:

Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high black back drape and 3' high black side drape.Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request. The exhibit area is not carpeted. The aisles will not be carpeted. Event Management requires all exhibitors provide flooring for their booth.

Freeman will receive shipments at the advanced warehouse beginning February 8th, 2027.

Material arriving after March 03, 2027 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), cash on delivery (COD) shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 4,500 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W x 144"L.

One label is needed for each container being stored. This service guarantees that empty containers with priority labels will be returned within two and a half hours of event close.

PLAN YOUR TRAVEL
Las Vegas Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail runs along a 3.9-mile elevated route with trains arriving every four to eight minutes, connecting seven stations across the Strip — including a dedicated stop at the Convention Center. From most Strip hotels, you'll arrive in under 15 minutes, with mobile tickets and flexible fare options making it a breeze for busy attendees.
Vegas Loop at LVCC
The Vegas Loop is a fast, dedicated transportation system connecting the West Hall with the North, Central, and South Halls across the LVCC campus.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft are the go-to options for door-to-door convenience from any hotel on or off the Strip.
VECHILES & PARKING
The closest parking lot to IWCE (North Halls) is the Silver Lot.
Standard rate is $15 per day with in/out privileges.
During major shows, rates at LVCC-area lots range up to about $25 per day. The entire property is cashless: credit or debit cards only, no cash accepted at the lots. Overnight parking is prohibited, so do not plan to leave a car on campus between show days.
